Shipping and Delivery Policy

At 69Rigs, we aim to deliver your 3D-printed products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin processing your order.

  • Processing time depends on the complexity of the 3D printing job and current order volume. Typical processing times range from 2 to 3 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated delivery timeline once your order is processed.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. Shipping methods may include standard shipping, express shipping, or courier services, depending on your location and preferences.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): Delivery timelines are as per the carrier’s estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • International Shipping: Delivery timelines are as per the carrier’s estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at print@69rigs.com or 69rigs@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

6. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged package and product, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be provided once the carrier confirms the package as lost.

8. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance. We will do our best to provide updates and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
