Cancellation and refund policy

At 69Rigs, we strive to provide high-quality 3D printing services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for canceling orders and requesting refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Printing Begins

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the 3D printing process has started.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at print@69rigs.com or through your account dashboard (if applicable).

  • Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-8 business days.

1.2 After Printing Begins

  • Once the 3D printing process has started, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our services.

  • If you wish to cancel after printing has begun, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. If cancellation is approved, a partial refund may be issued, deducting costs for materials, labor, and any other expenses incurred.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was canceled before printing began.

  • The printed product is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications provided by the customer.

  • The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe (subject to shipping terms).

2.2 Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer provided incorrect or incomplete design files, leading to unsatisfactory results.

  • The customer changes their mind after the product has been printed and shipped.

  • The product was damaged due to mishandling by the customer or during transit (unless shipping insurance was purchased).

2.3 Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us immeditely after receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the defective product).

  • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-8 business days.

3. Returns and Replacements

3.1 Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • We may offer a replacement or reprint of the product at no additional cost, subject to verification of the issue.

  • In some cases, we may require you to return the defective product to us. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

3.2 Customer Errors

  • If the issue is due to errors in the design file provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect dimensions, unsupported structures), we may offer a reprint at a discounted rate or provide guidance on correcting the design.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the order, shipping method, and external factors (e.g., customs delays).

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance. Refunds or compensation for delays will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
